集束化护理干预联合早期高压氧舱在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理联合早期高压氧舱对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年11月广西钦州市灵山县人民医院收治的HIE患儿72例作为研究对象,采用双盲表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(集束化护理干预联合早期高压氧舱治疗),各36例。比较两组患儿发育情况、神经系统后遗症、不良事件发生率、住院时间及监护人护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组心理运动发育指数、智力发育指数评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经系统后遗症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组住院时间短于对照组,监护人纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:集束化护理干预联合早期高压氧舱在HIE中具有良好的应用价值,可以有效促进患儿生长发育,减少神经系统后遗症及不良事件的发生,缩短住院时间,患儿监护人对护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intensive nursing care combined with early hyperbaric chamber in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:72 cases of children with HIE admitted to Lingshan People's Hospital in Qin⁃zhou City,from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(con⁃ventional nursing care)and the observation group(intensive nursing intervention combined with early hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment)using a double-blind table method,with 36 cases in each group.The development,neurological sequelae,incidence of adverse events,length of hospitalization and satisfaction of guardian care were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the psychomotor development index and intellectual development index scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the incidence rate of neurological sequelae in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001);the incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001);the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the guardian's Newcastle Scale of Nursing Service Satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Cluster nursing care combined with early hyperbaric oxygen chamber has good therapeutic effect in HIE,which can effectively promote the growth and development of children,reduce the occurrence of neuro⁃logical sequelae and adverse events,shorten the length of hospitalization,and the children's guardians have high satisfaction with nursing care.
