腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中应用术中配合及护理的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中应用手术配合及护理的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月钦州市第一人民医院收治的腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用术中配合及护理。比较两组手术指标、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,排气、手术、住院、切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:术中配合及护理可以提高腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,缩短康复进程,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the effect of intraoperative cooperation and care in laparoscopic radical rectal cancer surgery.Methods:96 patients operated by laparoscopy-guided radical rectal cancer surgery who were admitted to the First People's Hospi⁃tal of Qinzhou City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 48 cases.The control group was subjected to routine care,and the observation group applied intraoperative cooperation and care on the basis of the control group.Compare the surgical indexes,incidence of post⁃operative complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time for exhaustion,surgery,hospitalization,and incision healing was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the ob⁃servation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.044);and the satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.040).Conclusion:Intraoperative cooperation and nursing care can improve the therapeutic effect of patients undergoing laparoscopic radi⁃cal rectal cancer surgery,reduce the complication rate,shorten the recovery process,leading to higher satisfaction from patients..
