摘　　要：目的:研究压脉带应用与标本放置时间对凝血与血常规检验结果的影响。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年12月红河州第一人民医院的68名健康成年志愿者作为研究对象,均进行凝血常规和血常规检查。分析压脉带使用时间、标本放置时间对检查结果的影响。结果:压脉带应用3 min时的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平低于压脉带应用1 min,红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)水平高于压脉带应用1 min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);压脉带应用1、3 min时血浆纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。标本放置4 h与12 h时,PT、APTT、FIB、RBC、WBC水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:采集标本的放置时间与压脉带应用时间会影响凝血与血常规整体检验的准确性,因此在实际检验中,要加强对此部分内容的重视,为后续临床治疗提供基础。Objective:To study the effect of the application of pulse compression band and the time of specimen placement on co⁃agulation and blood routine test results.Methods:68 healthy adult volunteers from the Honghe First People's Hospital from No⁃vember 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent coagulation routine and blood routine examination.The effects of the time of use of the pressure belt and the time of specimen placement on the examination results were analyzed.Results:The plasma prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)levels after 3 min applica⁃tion of pulse pressure band were lower than those after 1 min application of pulse pressure band,and the erythrocyte count(RBC)and hemoglobin concentration(HGB)levels were higher than those after 1 min application of pulse pressure band,with statistical significance(P<0.001);There was no significant difference in plasma fibrinogen content(FIB)and white blood cell count(WBC)after 1 min and 3 min of pulse compression(P>0.05);The levels of PT,APTT,FIB,RBC and WBC were significantly different be⁃tween 4 h and 12 h(P<0.001).Conclusion:The placement time of collected specimens and the application time of the pressure band will affect the accuracy of blood coagulation and the overall blood routine test.Therefore,in the actual test,we should pay more attention to this part of the content,so as to provide the basis for subsequent clinical treatment.
