摘　　要：目的自体脂肪面部填充联合面部除皱术对面部年轻化患者面部松弛状况及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年10月至2022年9月武汉科技大学附属天佑医院收治的300例面部年轻化患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组148例和观察组152例。对照组行面部除皱术,观察组在对照组基础上加自体脂肪面部填充。比较两组患者面部松弛状况、VEGF、bFGF水平、并发症发生率及面部肤质。结果术后1周,观察组瞳孔点至鼻唇沟与瞳孔垂线交点距离、ABC弧度指标水平分别为(8.05±0.29)cm、(155.76±2.42)%,均低于对照组[(8.29±0.33)cm、(160.32±2.23)%],双侧颧点间距为(16.91±0.45)cm,高于对照组[(16.81±0.56)cm],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,观察组VEGF、bFGF水平分别为(17.57±6.31)ng/mL、(493.21±44.43)pg/mL,均高于对照组[(12.45±3.75)ng/mL、(404.52±40.15)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗术后并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组(14.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,观察组面部皮肤弹性、水分指数评分分别为(58.64±5.05)、(49.17±4.84)分,均高于对照组[(50.25±4.75)、(42.47±4.12)分],暗斑、油脂指数评分分别为(40.97±2.75)、(45.24±3.64)分,均低于对照组[(48.25±3.14)、(53.43±4.14)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪面部填充联合面部除皱术不仅能够有效改善面部年轻化患者面部松弛状况,调节其VEGF、bFGF表达,且术后并发症发生率较低,有助于改善患者面部肤质,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous fat facial filling combined with facial rhytidectomy on facial relaxation and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in patients with facial rejuvenation.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 300 patients with facial rejuvenation admitted to Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from October 2020 to September 2022.According to the treatment intention of the patients,they were divided into a control group of 148 cases,and an observation group of 152 cases.The control group underwent facial rhytidectomy.The observation group added autologous fat facial filling to the control group,and the facial relaxation status,VEGF,bFGF expression,complication rate,and facial skin quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results One week after operation,the distance from the pupil point to the intersection of the Nasolabial fold and the pupil vertical line,and the ABC radian index levels in the observation group were(8.05±0.29)cm and(155.76±2.42)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group[(8.29±0.33)cm and(160.32±2.23)%],and the bilateral zygomatic point spacing was(16.91±0.45)cm,which was higher than that in the control group[(16.81±0.56)cm],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after operation,the levels of VEGF and bFGF in the observation group were(17.57±6.31)ng/mL and(493.21±44.43)pg/mL,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group[(12.45±3.75)ng/mL and(404.52±40.15)pg/mL],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than that in the control group(14.19%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after operation,the facial skin elasticity and moisture index scores of the observation group were(58.64±5.05)and(49.17±4.84)pionts,respectively,which were higher than
