摘　　要：免疫性内耳病是一种由免疫介导而导致的疾病,临床表现之一为感音神经性听力损失。本综述主要目的是比较影响听力的系统性自身免疫病和器官特异性内耳疾病的临床特征,并讨论最新的发病机制及诊疗方法。Immune-mediated inner ear disease is a kind of disease caused by immunity.One of its clinical manifestations is sensorineural hearing loss.This review is to compare the clinical features of systemic autoimmune diseases and organ-specific inner ear diseases that affect hearing,and to discuss the latest pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment.
