非HIV患者新型冠状病毒感染恢复期继发耶氏肺孢子菌肺炎1例

摘　　要：耶氏肺孢子菌(PJ)作为机会性致病菌,可引起PJ肺炎(PJP),人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者多见。本文报道1例青岛大学附属威海市中心医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的非HIV新型冠状病毒感染患者,经治疗病情好转,随访中再次出现临床症状加重、影像学病变进展,经二代测序技术(NGS)明确为PJP。复习相关文献,以期为临床诊治工作提供帮助。Pneumocystis jirovecii(PJ)is an opportunistic pathogen that can cause PJ pneumonia(PJP),which is common in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infected individuals.This paper reports a patient with COVID-19 and without underlying disease of HIV admitted to Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Weihai Central Hospital,Qingdao University.The patient was improved after treatment but deteriorated during follow-up and was clearly diagnosed with PJP by the next-generation sequencing(NGS).This paper reviews the relevant literatures so as to provide some help for diagnosis and treatment of PJP.
