摘 要:目的 为解决血透机高频使用下水路渗漏导致机器故障频发问题,建构血透机水路渗漏在线感知系统。方法 该系统利用血透机漏液微电阻特性,建立漏液检测传感器及检测算法,并以ESP32为载体完成算法落地验证和设备上线数据上云,达到血透机水路微小渗漏精准警告目的。为评估本文所提感知系统的性能,对血透机常见3种渗漏液体(透析混合液、消毒液和反渗水)进行实验,并验证算法的检测精准度。结果 实验部署中,设计与加工了对应的漏液传感器,并基于ESP32-DevKitC核心板构建对应的硬件主控模块,通过植入所提漏液检测算法实现常见渗漏液体检测。渗透液体与漏液传感器接触时,传感器输出的电压出现跃变且持续下降。此外,电压跃变信号的标准差数据特征与溶液属性相关,透析混合液和消毒液跃变幅值明显大于反渗水。通过设定相应阈值具备血透机微小渗漏液体的精准检测能力,提升了感知系统的鲁棒性。感知系统在透析混合液、消毒液和反渗水3种常见渗漏物质检测精准度均达到100%。结论 物联网感知系统可为血透机故障事前预警、事中处置与事后分析提供理论支撑,助力提升医院血透机维保体系的时效性,具有较高的实践价值和应用意义。Objective To solve the problem of frequent machine failure caused by waterway leakage under high-frequency operation of hemodialysis machine,to construct an online sensing system for leakage detection.Methods The system used the micro-resistance characteristics of the leakage liquids to form a resistive leakage detection sensor,as well as a set of detection algorithm.Then,the algorithm was validated using the ESP32 as the carrier,the mac hines were connected to the network and the data was collected to the Cloud,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate alarm for minor leakage in hemodialysis machines.To evaluate the performance of the sensing system,experiments were conducted on three common leakage liquids(dialysis mixture,disinfectant,and reverse osmosis water)in hemodialysis machines,and the detection accuracy of the algorithm was verified.Results The corresponding hardware main control module was constructed based on ESP32-DevKitC core board.The detection of common leakage liquids was realized by implanting algorithm.When the permeable liquid touched the leakage sensor,the voltage output by the sensor jumped and continued to decrease.In addition,the standard deviation data characteristics of voltage jump signals were related to the solution properties,and the jump amplitude of the dialysis mixture and disinfectant was significantly larger than that of reverse osmosis water.By setting corresponding thresholds,the robustness of the sensing system was improved,and the detection accuracy of the sensing system reached 100%for all the three common leakage liquids(dialysis mixture,disinfectant,and reverse osmosis water).Conclusion The sensing system can provide theoretical support for pre-warning,in-process disposal and post-analysis of hemodialysis machine failures,and help improve the timeliness for the maintenance of hemodialysis machine in hospital,which has high practical value and application significance.
