摘  要:目的 运用文献计量学的方法分析医药卫生领域数字孪生相关研究的现状和发展趋势。方法 在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed和Web of Science数据库检索自建库至2022年10月15日已发表的有关医药卫生领域数字孪生研究的文献,通过NoteExpress进行查重和筛选,运用VOSviewer进行知识图谱分析。结果 2021年起医药卫生领域有关数字孪生的文献量大幅增长,Journal of Medical Ethics是发表文献最多的期刊(8篇),Mohammed和Shamanna是发文最多的作者(9篇),荷兰的马斯特里赫特大学则是发表文献最多的机构(9篇);研究热点包括数字孪生与机器学习、人工智能等新兴技术的结合,以及其在个性化医疗等领域的应用。结论 目前数字孪生在医药卫生领域引起了较多的关注,其应用尚且有限,但结合数据、知识和算法的数字孪生潜力巨大。Objective To analyze the research status and development trend of adverse events of digital twin in the field of medicine and health by bibliometrics.Methods Literatures published about digital twin in the field of medicine and health were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science databases from the establishment of the database to October 15,2022.NoteExpress was used for review and screening,and VOSviewer was used for knowledge graph analysis.Results Since 2021,the literature volume of digital twin in the field of medicine and health has increased significantly,and Journal of Medical Ethics has published the most literatures(8 articles),Mohammed and Shamanna were the most published authors(9 articles),while Maastricht University in the Netherlands was the most published institution(9 articles).The focus of attention included the combination of digital twin with emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence,and its application in areas such as personalized medicine.Conclusion At present,the research of digital twin has attracted more attention in the field of medicine and health,its application is still limited,but the potential for digital twin to combine with data,knowledge and algorithms is huge.
