摘  要:本文介绍了GE FASTlab2化学合成模块的特点,列举了该化学合成模块在生产18F-2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖(18F-2-Deoxy-DGlucose,18F-FDG)放射性药物时合成前模块自检、合成初始核素接收及合成反应过程中出现的3例典型故障。通过对故障的分析及对相应组件单独测试,排查出异常部件并更换。熟练掌握该化学合成模块结构、工作原理和运行流程,并做好日常维护,对降低故障发生率具有重要意义。This paper introduced the characteristics of the GE FASTlab2 chemical synthesis module,and lists 3 typical failures occurred during the pre synthesis module self inspection,initial nuclide reception,and synthesis reaction of the chemical synthesis module during the production of 18F-2-deoxy-D-glucose(18F-FDG)radiopharmaceuticals.Through fault analysis and separate testing of corresponding components,abnormal components were identified and replaced.Mastering the structure,working principle and operation process of the chemical synthesis module and doing routine maintenance are of great significance to reduce the failure rate.
