摘　　要：电控单体泵的主要功能是保证燃油系统喷射特性一致,即定时、定量、定压供给燃油。它体现在单只喷油泵循环喷油量波动率,以及各个喷油泵之间喷油量的一致性。为了实现电控单体泵供油系统喷射特性一致性,可以从两个方面来控制:一是控制燃油系统各零部件加工制造的一致性;二是ECU标定策略柔性控制,补偿喷油泵的制造公差。The main function of the electronic unit pump is to ensure the consistency of the injection characteristics of the system,that is,to supply fuel at a fixed time,quantity and pressure.It is reflected in the fluctuation rate of circulating fuel injection quantity of a single fuel injection pump and the consistency of fuel injection quantity among various fuel injection pumps.In order to achieve the consistency of the injection characteristics of the electronic unit pump system,it can be controlled from two aspects:one is to control the consistency of the processing and manufacturing of all parts of the fuel system;The other is the flexible control of ECU calibration strategy to compensate the manufacturing tolerance of fuel injection pump.
