摘 要:发动机台架耐久试验过程中爆震频繁发生,影响发动机的运行安全,为了保护发动机和试验顺利进行,把水温从105℃改为95℃,爆震强度有较大改善。为了评估降低水温对发动机耐久考核强度的影响,本文基于瞬态温度场结果,得到整个循环下的缸盖燃烧室和排气道温度分布,并基于瞬态温度场进行低周循环下的塑性应变分析,并计算出寿命值进行对比。分析结果表明:1.这两个部件在此试验中均存在有限的寿命值,说明循环负荷试验存在低周寿命验证的作用;2.水温降低后,缸盖燃烧室和排气道的寿命值并未降低,反而有所增加,说明对热机疲劳的考核强度未减弱。The knocking occurred in durability engine on test bench frequently,which affected the operation safety of the engine.In order to protect the engine and operation smoothly,the coolant temperature was changed from 105℃to 95℃,and the knocking greatly dropped.To evaluate the influence of reducing coolant temperature on the durability validation strength,this paper obtained the temperature distribution of cylinder head combustion chamber and exhaust passage under the whole cycle based on the results of transient temperature field,and carried out stress analysis based on the transient temperature field,calculated the plastic strain under low cycle fatigue,and calculated the life value.The analysis results show that:1,both of the two components have limited life values,indicating that cyclic load test has the role of thermal stress validation;2.After the coolant temperature decreases,the life value of cylinder head combustion chamber and exhaust port does not decrease,instead increases,indicating that the validation intensity of thermal fatigue is not reduced.
