摘 要:某柴油机在台架验证过程中,出现功率及油耗持续降低的问题,经检测,喷油器油量减少,拆检发现油嘴针阀体密封座面磨损严重。根据检测数据分析针阀体密封座面磨损原因是喷油器针阀落座时对密封座面产生的冲击力过大造成的。通过改进喷油器控制阀,减小针阀直径,降低了针阀落座对密封座面的冲击力。改进后的喷油器经发动机耐久验证,耐久试验过程中,功率和油耗量稳定,针阀体密封座面磨损量仍在限值内,问题解决。该问题的解决方案为喷油器控制阀的设计提供了经验和参考,对针阀体密封座面能承受的冲击力提供了数据支撑。In the process of bench verification,the power and fuel consumption of a diesel engine were continuously reduced.After testing,the fuel quantity of injectors are reduced,and the sealing seat surface of the nozzle body is found to be seriously worn.According to the test data,the wear of the sealing seat surface of the nozzle body is caused by the excessive impact force on the sealing seat surface when the injector needle valve is set.By improving the injector control valve and reducing the diameter of the needle valve,the impact force of the needle valve on the sealing seat surface is reduced.The improved injector has been verified by the engine durability.During the durability test,the power and fuel consumption are stable,and the wear of the nozzle body seat is still within the limit value.The solution of this problem provides experience and reference for the design of injector control valve assembly,and provides data support for the impact force that the needle valve body seat can withstand.
