摘  要:机体作为柴油机的重要零部件,其凸轮轴孔的加工质量,不仅关系到气门开启与关闭的准确性,严重时会出现凸轮轴烧瓦,甚至还会决定柴油机的使用寿命。当前,采用专用机床来执行此型柴油机机体凸轮轴孔精加工工序,以保证凸轮轴孔的尺寸和行位公差。在加工过程中,出现了凸轮轴孔的同轴度超差较大,造成凸轮轴转动不畅,甚至出现凸轮轴无法安装到机体的情况。由此造成机体的返修,影响了生产进度。对于凸轮轴孔同轴度超差严重的机体,运用修复工艺方法,避免造成机体报废,延长使用寿命,具有明显经济效益。As an important component of a diesel engine,the machining quality of the camshaft hole in the engine body is not only related to the accuracy of valve opening and closing,but also can lead to camshaft bush burning in severe cases,and even determine the service life of the diesel engine.Currently,specialized machine tools are used to perform the precision machining process of camshaft holes in the body of this type of diesel engine to ensure the size and positional tolerance of the camshaft holes.During the machining process,there was a significant deviation in the coaxiality of the camshaft hole,resulting in poor rotation of the camshaft and even the inability to install the camshaft into the body.As a result,the repair of the machine body has affected the production progress.For the machine body with severe coaxiality deviation of camshaft holes,the use of repair process methods can avoid causing the machine body to be scrapped,extend its service life,and have obvious economic benefits.
