摘  要:汽车车身板材通常选择具有较高强度及良好可塑性特征的铝合金材料,但是车身板材选用新型铝合金材料也存在一定的问题,例如汽车铝质车身材料的熔点较低,在铝合金车身修复过程中,存在很大的技术挑战。基于此,本研究分析了铝质车身特点,结合奥迪A8L车型后侧围板损伤案例,重点探究阐述了汽车铝质车身材料修复技术。通过铝质板件板面修复、铝质板材焊接、铝质板材损伤部位更换等技术工艺,实现了对案例车型铝质车身修复。Aluminum alloy material with high strength and good plasticity is usually selected for auto body panels,but there are some problems in the selection of new aluminum alloy material for auto body panels,such as the melting point of aluminum body material is low,there are great technical challenges in the process of aluminum body repair.Based on this,this study analyzed the characteristics of aluminum body,combined with Audi A8L rear side coaming damage case,focused on exploring and elaborating automotive aluminum body material repair technology.The aluminum body of the case model was repaired through the technical processes of repairing the aluminum panel,welding the aluminum panel and replacing the damaged parts of the aluminum panel.
