摘　　要：科学把握中医药发展规律,可以更好地指导新时代中医药事业高质量发展。通过对相关文献进行梳理,总结了当前中医药发展规律研究现状,发现目前对中医药发展规律的研究主要从中医理论的自身发展规律、唯物主义和辩证法角度提出的观点、中医史中的规律性认识、思维方式和文化视角提出的观点等四个方面展开,但研究成果偏少,存在对“发展规律”的内涵界定不清,未能从规律层面进行探索的问题,提出应从唯物史观视角对中医药发展历程中各结构要素及其相互运行的规律进行研究,真正、全面的认识和把握中医药发展规律。The high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the new era can be better guided by scientifically grasping the regularity of TCM development.This paper summarizes the current research status on the regularity of TCM development according to the related literatures,and it is found that the current research has mainly focused on the four aspects,namely the regularity of the development of TCM theory,the viewpoints based on materialism and dialectics,the understanding on the regularity of TCM history,and the viewpoints based on the thinking model and the cultural perspectives.However,there are relatively few research findings.Meanwhile,the connotation on the"regularity of development"has not been clearly defined,which has not been explored from the regularity aspect.Therefore,this paper proposes that each structural element in the process of TCM development and its regularity of interaction should be studied from the perspective of historical materialism in order to understand and grasp the regularity of TCM development authentically and comprehensively.
