摘　　要：基于“态靶辨治”理论构建急性心力衰竭(AHF)辨治新模式。AHF是心血管疾病中的急危重症,严重影响患者生活质量。西医治疗存在不良反应和药物抵抗性。以“态靶辨治”理论为指导,结合临床经验与现代药理学研究成果,根据AHF在不同阶段的疾病特点和临床表现,分别从虚、水、浊、瘀、热五态认识该病,并探讨各态下的治疗原则及相应的靶方靶药。此外,临床需及时观察患者症状及相应指标变化,辨证调态,随时调方,随煮随服。This paper constructs a new model for differential treatment of acute heart failure(AHF)based on state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation theory.AHF is an acute and critical condition among cardiovascular diseases,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Western medicine treatment has adverse reactions and drug resistance.Guided by state-target treatment based on syndrome differentiation theory,combined with clinical experience and modern pharmacological research results,according to the disease characteristics and clinical manifestations of AHF at different stages,the disease is understood from the five states of deficiency,water,turbidity,stasis,and heat,and the treatment principles and corresponding targeted formual and targeted agents under each state are explored.In addition,in clinical practice,it is necessary to observe the symptoms of patients and changes in corresponding indicators timely,adjust the state of each stage of the disease dialectically,adjust the prescription at any time,and take it as it is cooked.
