水性醇酸涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：研究了水性醇涂料的颜基比、防锈颜料的使用、不同催干剂的使用、流变助剂的搭配以及固化条件的不同对防腐性能、干燥性能、抗流挂性能等的影响。并与市售品进行了综合对比测试。结果表明,当添加防锈颜料4%、聚酰胺蜡浆3%、气相二氧化硅0.5%、膨润土0.2%、PVC=0.4,并使用新葵酸盐复合催干剂0.5%时,可以得到防腐性能好、贮存性能好、抗流挂性能好的水性醇酸漆,优于市售品。The effects of different PVC,antirust pigment,drying catalyst,rheological agent and curing agent on the anticorrosion,drying property and anti-sagging performance of the prepared coatings are investigated.The results show that a waterborne alkyd coating with good anti-sagging,storage ability and anti-corrosive properties can be obtained when using 4%antirust pigment,3% polyamide wax,0.5%fumed silica,0.2% bentone,PVC=0.4 and 0.5%neodecanoate salt.Its exhibits better property than commercialized products of its kind.
