摘 要:以VAE乳液为主要成膜物质,以高铝纤维和高硅氧纤维为增强隔热材料,以聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)、氢氧化铝(Al(OH)_(3))、硼酸锌(2ZnO·3B_(2)O_(3)·3.5H_(2)O)为多元阻燃体系,制备了一种水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料。研究了乳液种类、阻燃体系之间的质量之比、纤维种类及比例对涂料耐火性能的影响。结果表明,以低软化点的VAE乳液为基料,当APP、MEL、PER、Al(OH)_(3)、2ZnO·3B_(2)O_(3)·3.5H_(2)O的质量比为25∶12∶10∶2∶1,高铝纤维、高硅氧纤维的质量比为1:1时,所制备的防火涂料耐火时间最长为1.65 h。其中高铝纤维可以有效延长耐火时间,高硅氧纤维可以有效防止炭层出现裂纹。A waterborne intumescent steel structure fireproof coating was prepared with VAE emulsion as the main film-forming material,combined with high aluminum fiber and high silica fiber as reinforced thermal insulation materials and ammonium polyphosphate(APP),melamine(MEL),pentaerythritol(PER),aluminum hydroxide(Al(OH)_(3)),zinc borate(2ZnO·3B_(2)O_(3)·3.5H_(2)O)as multi-component flame retardant systems.The effects of mass ratio between emulsion type,flame retardant system,fiber type and ratio on the fire resistance of the coating were studied.The results showed that the mass ratio of APP,MEL,PER,Al(OH)_(3) and 2ZnO·3B_(2)O_(3)·3.5H_(2)O is 25∶12∶10∶2∶1 and the mass ratio of high aluminum and high silicon oxide fiber is 1:1,the longest fire resistance time of the prepared fireproof coating is 1.65 h,among which the high aluminum fiber can effectively extend the fire resistance time,the addition of high silica fiber can effectively prevent cracks in the carbon layer.
