摘　　要：本研究针对白车身密封的性能问题,首先从方案设计角度较为系统地论述了焊装工艺密封、涂装工艺密封以及相互间衔接配合的组合型策略,然后从数模检查和样车验证角度给出了相应的检测方法与验证措施,最后在量产管理阶段提出了一些操作建议。As one of the important properties of the vehicle,the sealing function is meaningful to waterproof,anticorrosion,anti-dust,sound insulation and noise reduction etc.In this article,the sealing design,check and validation for the body in white have been discussed from the aspects of welding process and coating process and their synergy.Some reccomendations are given to mass production of vehicles.
