社会支持对流动老人健康促进行为的影响研究——自我效能的中介作用

摘　　要：[目的]基于社会认知理论(SCT),构建流动老人健康促进行为影响因素模型,分析社会支持对流动老人健康促进行为的影响,探讨自我效能感在社会支持与健康促进行为之间的中介作用,为引导流动老人采纳健康促进行为提供参考。[方法]采用受访者驱动抽样方法,对南京市流动老人社会支持、自我效能及健康促进行为进行问卷调查。[结果]共得到385份有效问卷;流动老人社会支持得分为(51.92±9.40)分,自我效能得分为(28.27±5.46)分,健康促进行为得分为(113.17±18.08)分;流动老人社会支持与自我效能、健康促进行为呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]自我效能在流动老人社会支持和健康促进行为间发挥了部分中介的作用;社会支持与自我效能以内外联动的方式,协同影响流动老人健康行为的采纳。Objective Based on social cognitive theory(SCT),a model of influencing factors of health-promoting behavior of floating elderly people is constructed.The influence of social support on health-promoting behavior of floating elderly people is analyzed,and the mediating role of self-efficacy between social support and health-promoting behavior is discussed,so as to provide the reference for guiding floating elderly people to adopt health-promoting behavior.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on social support,self-efficacy and health-promoting behavior of floating elderly people in Nanjing city by respondent driven sampling method.Results A total of 385 valid questionnaires were collected.The scores of social support,self-efficacy and health-promoting behavior of floating elderly people were(51.92±9.40),(28.27±5.46)and(113.17±18.08)respectively.Social support of floating elderly people was positively correlated with self-efficacy and health-promoting behavior(P<0.01).Conclusions Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between social support and health-promoting behavior of floating elderly people.Social support and self-efficacy synergistically affect the adoption of health behavior of the floating elderly in a way of internal and external linkage.
