摘　　要：文章对浙江省城市老年群体居家养老生活形态进行研究。首先在文献研究基础上构建了面向老年群体的生活形态研究框架,并以此制定研究计划。其次,基于AIO生活形态量表制定问卷与访谈提纲,分别围绕60—69岁,70—85岁,86—95岁三个年龄层的浙江省城市老年群体进行调研,分析其日常生活行为特征与需求痛点。最后将采集到的各年龄层老年人信息归纳梳理为老年人用户价值要素,并分别放入构建好的与浙江省城市居家养老生活形态相适应的用户价值分析框架,总结各自生活形态的共同特点,归纳得出三个典型用户画像,为后续城市居家养老服务设计提供研究基础与理论支持。This paper studies the lifestyle of home care for the urban elderly in Zhejiang Province.Firstly,based on the literature research,the author constructs a research framework for the lifestyle of the elderly group,and makes a research plan based on it.Secondly,based on AIO lifestyle,questionnaire and interview outline were developed to investigate urban elderly groups in Zhejiang Province aged 60-69 years,70-85 years and 86-95 years,respectively,to analyze their daily life behavior characteristics and demand pain points.Finally,the collected information of the elderly of all ages is summarized and sorted into the value elements of the elderly users,and the user value analysis that is built and adapted to the lifestyle of urban elderly home-based caring in Zhejiang Province is respectively put into the framework,the common characteristics of their lifestyles are summarized,and three typical user portraits are concluded,providing research basis and theoretical support for the subsequent design of urban elderly home-based caring services.
