摘 要:为考察氟橡胶质量分数对nAl@氟橡胶活性材料点火燃烧性能的影响规律,设计并制备了具有不同氟橡胶质量分数的nAl@氟橡胶活性材料,通过定容燃烧试验、自蔓延燃烧试验和动态加载点火试验,研究了材料的燃烧特性和动态点火行为,分析了氟橡胶质量对材料燃烧时的最大压力、升压速率及燃烧速度的影响规律,获得了nAl@氟橡胶活性材料动态点火阈值,揭示了nAl@氟橡胶活性材料的动态点火机理.结果表明:随着氟橡胶质量分数从10%提高到25%,燃烧压力峰值提高约27倍,升压速率提高约832倍.而氟橡胶质量分数低于15%时,材料无法自蔓延燃烧,相比于nAl@15%氟橡胶活性材料,nAl@25%氟橡胶活性材料的自蔓延燃烧速提高了5.6倍,这是由于高质量比氟橡胶以及核−壳结构的优异界面接触增强了燃烧性能.在动态加载下,随着氟橡胶质量分数从20%提高到25%,材料的点火阈值降低37.5%,当材料吸收能为8 J时,nAl@25%氟橡胶活性材料发生了点火.In order to study the effect of fluororubber mass fraction on ignition and combustion performance of nAl@fluororubber reactive material,nAl@fluororubber reactive material with different mass fractions of fluororubber was designed and prepared in this paper.The combustion characteristics and dynamic ignition behavior of the material were studied by constant volume combustion tests,self-propagating combustion tests and dynamic loading ignition tests.The influence of the mass fraction of fluororubber on the maximum pressure,pressurization rate and burning speed during combustion was analyzed.The dynamic ignition threshold for nAl@fluororubber reactive material was obtained,and the dynamic ignition mechanism of nAl@fluororubber reactive material was revealed.The results show that the combustion pressure peak increased about 27 times,and the pressurization rate increased about 832 times,with the increase of fluororubber mass fraction from 10%to 25%.While the fluororubber mass fraction was less than 15%,the material couldn’t self-propagate and burn.Compared to nAl@15%fluororubber reactive material,the burning speed of nAl@25%fluororubber reactive material increased by 5.6 times.The combustion performance was improved due to the high mass fraction of fluororubber and excellent interface contact for materials.In addition,the dynamic loading ignition results showed that ignition threshold of nAl@fluororubber reactive material decreased by 37.5%,with the mass fraction of fluororub-ber increasing from 20%to 25%.nAl@25%fluororubber reactive material was ignited,when the absorption en-ergy was 8 J.
