摘  要:为探究植物提取液缓解草莓连作障碍的作用,以‘美国19’为试材,传统生产(常规苗+氯化苦熏蒸土壤)为对照(CK),设T1(处理苗+氯化苦熏蒸土壤)和T2(处理苗+喷施克菌剂1号)2个处理,调查不同处理草莓的生长、果实品质与产量、土壤养分含量与微生物数量、土传病害发生情况。结果表明:结果期间,T2处理草莓叶片的光合色素(采收初期)、根冠比、土壤碱解氮和速效磷含量、土壤放线菌数量、果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量均明显高于T1和CK,在盛果期,同CK相比,T2处理的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量分别提高16.92%、26.77%和10.31%,根冠比提高33.93%,土壤碱解氮、速效磷含量分别提高10.26%、73.66%,土壤放线菌数量提高30.47%,果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量分别提高11.15%和25.77%。同CK相比,T1和T2分别降低草莓苗发病率21%和20.17%;T1、T2的总产量分别提高184.5%和451.2%。采用喷施植物提取液等措施培育无病壮苗,并在生产田多次喷施植物提取液,对防控草莓连作障碍效果显著。This study explored the role of plant extractions in alleviating obstacles of strawberry continuous cropping.‘America 19’was planted under three treatments including T1(treated seedlings+chloropicrin fumigation soil),T2(treated seedlings+spraying Kejunji No.1)and CK(conventional seedlings+chloropicrin fumigation soil).The growth,fruit quality and yield,soil nutrient content,microbial quantity,and soil-borne diseases of strawberry were investigated.The results showed that T2 treatment significantly increased the photosynthetic pigment(early harvest),root shoot ratio,soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus content,soil actinomycetes number,fruit soluble solids and soluble sugar content of strawberry leaves when compared with that of T1 and CK during the fruiting period.When compared with CK in the full fruit period,T2 treatment increased the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid by 16.92%,26.77%and 10.31%,respectively.The root shoot ratio increased by 33.93%.The contents of soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus increased by 10.26%and 73.66%,respectively,and the number of soil actinomycetes increased by 30.47%.The content of soluble solids and soluble sugar increased by 11.15%and 25.77%,respectively.Treatment T1 and T2 reduced the strawberry seedling disease by 21%and 20.17%respectively compared with CK.The total yield of increased 184.5%and 451.2%under the T1 and T2 treatment respectively.There was a significant effect on preventing and controlling strawberry continuous cropping obstacles through spraying plant extracts to cultivate disease-free seedlings and additional spraying in the production field.
