摘 要:针对现有气吸式谷子排种器播种不均匀导致田间谷子出苗分布杂乱的问题,根据谷子精量播种的农艺要求,设计了1种气吸式谷子精量穴播排种器,以解决传统谷子条播排种器造成的田间出苗杂乱及出苗后间苗工作繁琐的问题。详细阐述了排种器的工作结构及工作原理,结合谷种的运动过程分析,确定了排种器各关键部件的最优设计参数。以播种穴距合格率、充播率、漏播率为试验指标,对其进行台架试验和田间试验,台架试验和田间试验结果均表明,该排种器在中速作业状态下的排种性能最好,其穴距合格率为89.22%,重播率为4.33%,漏播率为4.56%,且工作性能稳定,满足谷子播种的要求。Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of millet emergence in the field caused by unevenly sowing of the existing air-suction millet metering device,an air-suction millet precision hole seeding and metering device was designed according to the agronomic requirements of millet precision seeding to solve the problem of messy field emergence caused by the drill seed metering device and the cumbersome work of thinning after emergence.The working structure and working principle of the seed metering device were described in detail.The movement process of the grain seeds was analyzed,and the optimal design parameters of the key components of the seed metering device were determined.According to the test index of the seeding hole distance qualification rate,the bench test and field test were carried out to examined the filling rate and the missed seeding rate.The seed performance was the best.Its hole spacing qualification rate was 89.22%.The replay rate was 4.33%.The missed seeding rate was 4.56%.And the work performance was stable,which met the requirements of millet seeding.
