摘 要:为了得到综合性能优秀的双金属耐磨锤头耐磨端材料,利用正交实验法研究了成分(碳含量和铬含量)和热处理工艺(淬火温度和回火温度)对高铬铸铁力学性能的影响,具有一定的工程应用价值。实验结果表明,各因素对热处理后高铬铸铁力学性能影响关系为w(Cr)/%>回火温度>淬火温度>w(C)/%,优化后的高铬铸铁成分及热处理工艺为2.8%C,20%Cr(质量分数),淬火温度1040℃,保温2 h,空冷,回火温度250℃,保温2 h,空冷。硬度为60.17 HRC,冲击韧性αk为9.88 J/cm^(2)。To obtain the wear-resistant end material of a bimetallic wear-resistant hammer with excellent comprehensive performance,the effects of the composition(carbon content and chromium content)and heat treatment process(quenching temperature and tempering temperature)on the mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron were studied by the orthogonal experimental method.The results show that the effects of four factors on the mechanical properties of heat-treated high chromium cast iron are as follows:w(Cr)/%>tempering temperature>quenching temperature>w(C)/%.With the optimized composition(w(C)=2.8%,w(Cr)=20%)and heat treatment process in which the quenching temperature is 1040℃with heating for 2 h and air cooling and the tempering temperature is 250℃with heating for 2 h and then air cooling,the hardness and the impact toughnessαk reach 60.17 HRC and 9.88 J/cm^(2),respectively.
