间隔跨距对玄武岩纤维/聚酰亚胺纤维三维间隔热防护织物性能的影响

摘  要:为了开发具有优异阻燃隔热性能的防护面料,以玄武岩纱线和聚酰亚胺纱线为原料,设计并织造4种不同间隔跨距的三维间隔机织物,探究间隔跨距对三维间隔机织物力学性能、阻燃隔热性能、热防护性能以及热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:随着间隔跨距增大,织物的力学性能逐渐增大,当间隔跨距为17根纬纱时,顶破强力最大;三维间隔机织物的隔热性能以及热防护性能随着间隔跨距的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在间隔跨距为17根纬纱时,热阻值以及织物热防护性能(TPP值)达到最大,分别为59.15℃•m^(2)/W和1136 kW•s/m^(2);4组样品的阻燃性能以及热稳定性均良好,结构对热稳定性影响不大。In order to develop protective fabrics with excellent flame retardant and heat insulation properties,four kinds of three-dimensional spacer fabrics with different spacer spans were designed and woven using basalt yarns and polyimide yarns as raw materials.The effects of spacer span on mechanical properties,flame retardant and heat insulation properties,thermal protective properties and thermal stability of three-dimensional spacer fabric were discussed.The results show that with the increase of spacing span,the mechanical properties of the fabric increase gradually,and the breaking strength reaches the maximum when the number of interval weft is 17;The thermal insulation performance of 3D spacer fabric first increases and then decreases with the increase of spacer span.when the number of interval weft is 17,the thermal resistance and thermal protective properties of fabric(TPP)reach the maximum,which are 59.15℃•m^(2)/W and 1136 kW•s/m^(2),respectively.The flame retardant and thermal stability of the four groups of samples is good,and the structure has little effect on the thermal stability.
