摘  要:针对蛋白酶法羊毛防缩加工易产生较大强力损伤的问题,采用商品化角蛋白酶和Savinase蛋白酶协同处理进行羊毛织物二浴法防缩整理。结果表明:与单一酶处理工艺相比,角蛋白酶-蛋白酶二浴法处理羊毛织物可以达到更好的防毡缩效果,并保持低强力损伤,同时对织物的润湿性能、染色性能、抗起毛起球等性能也有所提升。通过扫描电镜SEM、阿尔瓦登效应等分析表明,角蛋白酶通过作用二硫键对羊毛的鳞片层具有更高效的降解作用,结合蛋白酶处理后可以对类脂层和鳞片层实现更均匀的破坏,从而改善羊毛织物的防毡缩性能。To avoid the occurrence of fiber damages caused by the protease-catalyzed anti-shrinkage processing of wool fabric,a commercial keratinase and Savinase protease were synergetic used to treat wool fabrics in a two-bath process.The results indicate that the combination treatments of wool fabric with keratinase and protease achieved encouraging anti-felting effect and lower strength loss,and also imparted improved wettability,dyeing ability and anti-pilling performance to the fabric when compared with the single enzyme treatment.The efficiency of anti-felting treatment was analyzed by means of SEM,Allw rden effect and others,which reveals that the keratinase exhibits more efficient degradation effect on the scale layer of wool fibers via acting on the disulfide bonds,and the combination use of protease treatment could achieve more uniform destruction of the lipid-like layer and scale layer,thus improving the anti-felt performance of wool fabrics.The enzymatic anti-felting treatment of wool based on the combined use of keratinase and protease has a potential application prospect in practical production.
