摘 要:为了减少羊毛纤维在高温、碱性条件下漂白导致的纤维损伤,将分子结构中具有5个催化基团的马来酸五乙酰葡萄糖(PGM)与氧漂稳定剂乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠(EDDHA-Na)构建新型羊毛纤维低温、近中性漂白体系。利用PGM分子结构中含有—NH_(2)、易于吸附羊毛纤维的特点,使该体系可以更专一的催化羊毛纤维所吸附的过氧化氢,避免漂白工作液中未接触羊毛纤维的过氧化氢的无效分解。探讨了PGM、EDDHA-Na、碱剂碳酸氢钠(NaHCO_(3))和渗透剂伯烷基磺酸钠(PAS-80)的用量对过氧化氢漂白羊毛纤维后的白度和单纤维强力的影响。In order to reduce the fiber damage caused by wool fiber bleaching under high temperature and alkaline conditions,a low-temperature and near-neutral pH bleaching system of wool fiber was constructed by using penta-acetyl glucose maleate(PGM)with five catalytic groups and ethylene diamine di-phenylsodium acetate(EDDHA-Na).The molecular structure of PGM contains-NH 2,which can adsorb to the wool fibers,so that the system can catalyze the hydrogen peroxide adsorbed by wool fibers more specifically and avoid the invalid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide which is not in contact with wool fibers.In this paper,the effects of the dosage of PGM,EDDHA-Na,sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO_(3))and sodium primary alkyl sulfonate(PAS-80)on the whiteness and single fiber strength of wool fiber bleached with hydrogen peroxide were discussed.
