棉/罗布麻混纺织物水洗前后舒适性能的对比分析

摘　　要：为扩大罗布麻纤维在服装中的应用,明确棉/罗布麻混纺织物在水洗后舒适性能的变化,分别对水洗前及水洗5次后的棉/罗布麻(60/40)混纺织物及纯棉织物的芯吸高度、吸水率、滴水扩散时间、水分蒸发速率、透湿量、透气性、生理舒适性进行了测试。结果表明:2种织物水洗前后均不能达到GB/T 21655.1—2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》中针织品吸湿速干性标准技术综合要求,但芯吸高度及吸水率均符合该标准要求,其中棉/罗布麻混纺织物水洗前的水分蒸发速率符合该标准,纯棉织物水洗前后的透湿量符合该标准,罗布麻混纺织物的透气性是纯棉织物的2倍,生理舒适性也优于纯棉织物。In order to improve the application of apocynum fiber in clothing and investigate the change of comfort performance of apocynum cotton blended fabric after washing,the wicking height,water absorption rate,dripping diffusion time,evaporation rate,moisture permeability,air permeability and physiological comfort of apocynum/cotton(40/60)blended fabric and pure cotton fabric were tested before and after washing for 5 times.The results show that both kinds of fabrics can not meet the comprehensive technical requirements of GB/T 21655.1-2008"Textiles-evaluation of absorption and quick-drying-part 1:method for combination tests"knitwear moisture absorption and quick drying standard before and after washing.but the wicking height and water absorption rate meet the requirements of this standard,in which the water evaporation rate of apocynum blended fabric before and after washing meets the standard,the moisture permeability of pure cotton fabric before and after washing meets the standard,the air permeability of apocynum blended fabric is twice that of pure cotton fabric,and the physiological comfort is also better than that of pure cotton fabric.Apocynum fabric is suitable for the development and application of summer fabrics,socks and underwear.
