摘　　要：针对离子膜电解槽在运行过程中出现的异常情况进行分析,拿出快速有效的处理措施和解决方案,以减少和避免离子膜电解槽的停车,提高设备运行效率,确保20万t/a离子膜烧碱装置的长期稳定运行。This paper analyzes the abnormal situation of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer during operation,and puts forward the fast and effective treatment measures and solutions.In order to reduce and avoid the ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer resulting in parking phenomenon,improve the efficiency of equipment operation.To ensure the long-term stable operation of 200 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant.
