摘　　要：阐述了乙炔清净系统中塔设备的主要参数、技术特性和结构,总结了生产过程中出现的问题,根据生产工艺流程和塔设备内部工作介质的特点,兼顾塔设备内表面非金属衬层的耐受温度和耐腐蚀性,提出最佳设备改造方案并实施。This article elaborates on the main equipment parameters,technical characteristics,and equipment structure of the tower equipment in the acetylene cleaning system,as well as some problems that arise during production and use.Based on the production process of this process and the characteristics of the internal working medium of the tower equipment,as well as the temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the non-metallic lining layer on the inner surface of the tower equipment,the best equipment transformation plan is proposed and implemented.
