摘  要:介绍了生产废水回用于干法乙炔发生装置的成功案例及管理经验。针对生产废水回用干法乙炔发生装置过程中导致过滤器、喷头结垢堵塞影响发生器注水流量的问题,通过专题会讨论、现场调研分析、数据采集、试验分析、垢物化验、机理研究,采取调整废水pH值、粘附实验、改变投加酸位置、定期清理等系列技术措施和管理措施,基本解决了废水结垢、堵塞的问题,生产废水回用量稳定在150 t/h,在水平衡的情况下,基本实现废水“零排放”目标,年创效约420万元,经济效益和社会效益显著。This paper mainly introduces the successful cases and management experience of production wastewater reuse in dry acetylene generating unit.In view of the problem that the filter and nozzle are blocked due to scaling in the process of reusing dry acetylene generator with high hardness of production wastewater,a series of technical measures and management measures such as adjusting the pH value of wastewater,adhesion experiment,changing the acid feeding position and regular cleaning have been taken to basically solve the problem of scaling and blocking of wastewater through symposium discussion,field investigation and analysis,data collection,test analysis,scale test and mechanism research the reuse amount of production wastewater is stable at 150 t/h.Under the condition of water balance,the goal of"zero discharge"of wastewater is basically achieved,with an annual benefit of about 4.2 million yuan.The economic and social benefits are significant.
