摘 要:为了解决泵站底板结构在维护过程中维护重心不明确的问题,以有限元法为基础,对泵站底板结构进行静力分析与动力分析。其中,静力分析主要采用荷载分析方式,动力分析则在静力模型基础上采用附加质量法进行分析。结果显示,3种工况下泵站底板在Z轴方向的位移分别为12.95、13.15和14.08cm,均低于规范要求的15cm,因此满足要求。泵站底板结构自振特性符合自振规律,且应力有所增大,但在方向上的分布规律符合规律,满足规范要求。In order to solve the problem of unclear maintenance center of gravity in the maintenance process of pump station bottom plate structure,static and dynamic analysis of pump station bottom plate structure was studied based on finite element method.The static analysis mainly adopts the load analysis method,while the dynamic analysis uses the additional mass method on the basis of the static model for analysis.The results show that the displacement of the pump station bottom plate in the Z-axis direction under three working conditions is 12.95,13.15,and 14.08cm,respectively,which are lower than the 15cm required by the specifications,thus meeting the requirements.The natural vibration characteristics of the bottom plate structure of the pump station comply with the natural vibration law,and the stress increases,but its distribution in the direction conforms to the law and meets the requirements of the specifications.
