三硅酸镁/Pebax膜材料的制备及其对水中对溴苯酚的吸附性能

摘  要:以三硅酸镁(Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8))和聚醚嵌段聚酰胺(Pebax)为原料,采用溶液浇铸法制备了Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax膜材料,评价了该材料对水溶液中对溴苯酚的吸附性能。结果表明:在Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)质量分数1.0%、初始对溴苯酚质量浓度2000 mg/L、初始pH 3、温度20℃、吸附时间24 h的最佳条件下,Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax对对溴苯酚的吸附量为560.1 mg/g,去除率为70.0%;Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax对对溴苯酚的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和伪一级动力学模型,20℃时Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax对对溴苯酚的理论饱和吸附量为625.0 mg/g;以乙醇为脱附剂,经过3个吸附-脱附循环后,Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax对对溴苯酚的吸附量为初始吸附量的92.7%。当Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)质量分数为1.0%时,Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax的最大载荷为59.3 N。Using Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)and polyether block polyamide(Pebax)as raw materials,Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax membrane material was prepared by solution casting method.The adsorption properties of the membrane material for p-bromophenol in aqueous solution were evaluated.The results show that under the optimal conditions of mass fraction of Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)1.0%,initial mass concentration of p-bromophenol 2000 mg/L,initial pH 3,temperature 20℃and adsorption time 24 h,the adsorption amount of Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax is 560.1 mg/g and the removal rate is 70.0%;The adsorption process of p-bromophenol on Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax follows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-first-order kinetic model,and the theoretical saturated adsorption capacity of p-bromophenol on Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax is 625.0 mg/g at 20℃;When ethanol is used as the desorption agent and after 3 adsorption-desorption cycles,the adsorption amount of p-bromophenol on Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax is 92.7%of the initial adsorption amount.The maximum load of Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)/Pebax with 1.0%of Mg_(2)Si_(3)O_(8)mass fraction is 59.3 N.
