摘 要:采用水平管式炉进行高炉渣热处理垃圾焚烧飞灰实验,考察了温度对两种炉型垃圾焚烧飞灰中5种重金属迁移特性的影响,分析了热处理过程中重金属的形态分布。结果表明:温度从700℃升至1100℃,炉排炉飞灰中Cd、Cu、Pb和Zn在二次飞灰中分布占比分别增加了74.82、93.85、11.61和54.24个百分点,循环流化床飞灰中分别增加了23.48、91.65、45.70和23.39个百分点;气相中重金属占比均低于1%;Cr主要以MgCr_(2)O_(4)和CaCr_(2)O_(4)等形式赋存于残渣中;Cd、Cu、Pb和Zn主要以气态氯化物的形式迁移至二次飞灰中。The experiment of thermal treatment of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash with blast furnace slag was carried out in a horizontal tube furnace.The effects of temperature on the migration characteristics of 5 heavy metals in MSWI fly ash were investigated.The results show that:When the temperature increases from 700℃to 1100℃,the distribution of Cd,Cu,Pb,and Zn in the secondary fly ash of the grate furnace fly ash increases by 74.82,93.85,11.61,54.24 percentage points,respectively,and that of the circulating fluidized bed fly ash increases by 23.48,91.65,45.70,23.39 percentage points,respectively;The percentage of each heavy metal in the gas phase is less than 1%;Cr mainly exists in the residue in the form of MgCr_(2)O_(4) and CaCr_(2)O_(4),etc.;Cd,Cu,Pb,and Zn mainly migrate into the secondary fly ash in the form of gaseous chlorides.
