摘 要:以活性炭纤维(ACF)为阴极,Fe^(0)为催化剂,采用电芬顿氧化法对污泥进行处理,考察了影响污泥脱水性能的主要因素,表征了处理前后污泥的表面形貌和结构,分析了污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质和多糖的变化。结果表明:在初始pH 3.0、电流密度30 mA/cm^(2)、Fe^(0)加入量0.5 mmol/L、极板间距2 cm、曝气量1.00 L/min、反应时间30 min的最佳条件下,经脱水处理后,污泥比阻(SRF)和含水率从初始的1.09×10^(12)cm/g和80.5%分别下降到0.29×10^(12)cm/g和68.3%;可溶性EPS(S-EPS)中蛋白质和多糖含量分别从18.57 mg/L和2.32 mg/L上升到147.61 mg/L和19.66 mg/L;紧密结合型EPS(TB-EPS)中蛋白质和多糖含量分别从179.29 mg/L和49.60 mg/L下降到53.39 mg/L和14.27 mg/L。电芬顿氧化促进了EPS中大分子有机物向小分子有机物的转化,使蛋白质结构变得松散,持水性能下降,疏水性能增加,脱水性能得到改善。Using activated carbon fiber(ACF)as cathode,and Fe^(0)as catalyst,the sludge was treated by electro-Fenton oxidation process.The main factors affecting the dewatering performance of sludge were investigated,the surface morphology and structure of sludge before and after treatment were characterized,and the changes of proteins and polysaccharides in sludge extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)were analyzed.The results show that:Under the optimal conditions of initial pH 3.0,current density 30 mA/cm^(2),Fe^(0)addition amount 0.5 mmol/L,plate spacing 2 cm,aeration rate 1.00 L/min and reaction time 30 min,the specific resistance to filtration(SRF)and water content of the sludge after dehydration treatment decreases from 1.09×10^(12)cm/g to 0.29×10^(12)cm/g and from 80.5%to 68.3%,respectively;The content of protein and polysaccharide in soluble EPS(S-EPS)increases from 18.57 mg/L to 147.61 mg/L,and from 2.32 mg/L to 19.66 mg/L,while that in tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS)decrease from 179.29 mg/L to 53.39 mg/L,and from 49.60 mg/L to 14.27 mg/L,respectively.The conversion of macromolecular organic matter to small molecular organic matter in EPS is promoted by electro-Fenton oxidation,which makes the protein structure looser,leading to the decline of sludge water holding capacity of sludge and increase of sludge hydrophobic property,thus improving the dewatering performance of sludge.
