摘  要:以碳布(CC)为基底,采用水热法制备了镍铜层状双金属氢氧化物(NiCu-LDH)/CC电极,并将其用于电催化氧化处理模拟强碱性氨氮废水。电化学表征结果显示,与Ni(OH)2和Cu(OH)_(2)电极相比,Ni和Cu的协同效应使Ni_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)-LDH/CC电极对氨氮电催化氧化具有优异的催化活性。实验结果表明:在应用电位为1.62 V、初始废水pH为12的适宜条件下,采用Ni_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)-LDH/CC电极处理氨氮质量浓度450~1300 mg/L的废水12 h,氨氮去除率稳定在75%~95%;产物中N2选择性最高可达53.47%,对应的NO_(2)^(-)-N选择性为44.91%,NO_(3)^(-)-N选择性为1.62%,处理后废水pH从9~13降至8~10,这些条件均有利于后续生物短程反硝化进一步脱氮;Ni_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)-LDH/CC电极表现出良好的催化稳定性和极低的镍铜离子浸出量。Using carbon cloth(CC)as the substrate,nickel-copper layered double hydroxide(NiCu-LDH)/CC electrode was prepared by hydrothermal method and was used to treat the simulated strong alkaline ammonia nitrogen wastewater by electrocatalytic oxidation.The results of characterization show that compared with Ni(OH)_(2)and Cu(OH)_(2) electrodes,the synergistic effect of Ni and Cu makes the Ni_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)-LDH/CC electrode exhibit excellent catalytic activity for the electrocatalytic oxidation of ammonia nitrogen.The experimental results show that:The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is stable in the range of 75%-95%when Ni_(0.8)Cu_(0.2)-LDH/CC electrode is used to treat the wastewater with 450-1300 mg/L of the ammonia nitrogen mass concentration for 12 h under the suitable conditions of applied potential 1.62 V and initial wastewater pH 12;The highest selectivity of N_(2)in the products is 53.47%,corresponding 44.91%of NO_(2)^(-)-N selectivity and 1.62%of NO_(3)^(-)-N selectivity,and the wastewater pH decreases from 9-13 to 8-10 after treatment;The electrode shows good catalytic stability and extremely low leaching amount of nickel and copper ions.
