健脑通络颗粒和治瘫安神颗粒治疗缺血性中风恢复期的理论探讨及制剂研制

摘　　要：恢复期是缺血性中风(IS)患者言语、意识、运动等功能恢复的关键期,西医尚缺有效的治疗手段。中医在IS防治上历史悠久,积累了许多经典名方。但当今经方治疗IS的应用存在以下不足:经方化裁的科学性不足,剂量及剂型的选择局限,药材质量参差不齐等。本课题组为发挥经典名方防治IS的优势,改善上述不足,探索了一条挖经典名方、访名医大家、用道地药材、定颗粒制剂的全新道路。本文介绍健脑通络颗粒和治瘫安神颗粒研制背景、处方来源、组方分析,以及道地药材的应用背景及优势、颗粒剂的应用,以期为中医药同行业者提供新思路,促进经典方药在IS治疗领域的应用和发展。The recovery period of ischemic stroke(IS)is the key period for the recovery of speech,consciousness,movement and other functions.Western medicine still lacks effective treatment methods,while TCM has a long history in the prevention and treatment of IS,and many classic prescriptions have been preserved.However,there are the following shortcomings in the application of the classics in the modern time:insufficient scientific nature of prescriptions,dosage and the selection of dosage,and uneven quality of medicinal materials.In order to leverage the advantages of classic and famous prescriptions in the prevention and treatment of IS and improve the aforementioned shortcomings,our research group has explored a new path of digging classic and famous prescriptions,visiting famous doctors,using authentic medicinal herbs,and preparing granules.This article introduced the development background,prescription source and composition analysis of Jiannao Tongluo Granules and Zhitan Anshen Granules,as well as the application background and advantages of genuine medicinal materials and the application analysis of granules,in order to provide new ideas for practitioners in the TCM industry promote the application and development of classic prescriptions in the field of IS treatment.
