从“心胃相通”理论探讨病毒性心肌炎防治

摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎(VMC)是引起儿童和青壮年心肌损害乃至猝死的首要因素,目前尚无特异性防治方法。中医多从外感温病角度阐述VMC病机,治以清热解毒、活血化瘀,辨证分型较复杂且疗效不一。脏腑别通理论指出,心与胃相通。VMC病毒属性、发病机制及症状特点均提示从胃论治的优势,运用健脾养胃、补中益气法防治VMC易被患者接受,同时能避免滥用寒凉药物,减少并发症。注重顾护后天之本,强调保护脾胃应是防治VMC的核心内容。Viral myocarditis(VMC)is the primary factor causing myocardial damage and even sudden death in children and young adults.At present,there is no specific prevention and treatment method.TCM mostly elaborated the pathogenesis of VMC from the perspective of warm disease.The main treatment methods were clearing away heat and toxin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The classifications of syndrome differentiation of VMC were complex and the curative effects were different.The theory of visceral differentiation points out that the heart is connected with the stomach.The viral attribute,pathogenesis and symptom characteristics of VMC meet the requirements of treating from the stomach.The prevention and treatment of VMC by invigorating the spleen and stomach and strengthening the middle-energizer to reinforce qi is easy to be accepted by VMC patients.At the same time,it can avoid the abuse of cold drugs and reduce complications and protect slpeen and stomach,emphasizing that the protection of spleen and stomach should be the core content of the prevention and treatment of VMC.
