摘　　要：本文总结王辉武教授辨治肿瘤相关性失眠临床经验。王教授认为“使道不通,心神失司”为该病主要病机,病初多属气机怫郁,治以调畅营卫、少阳、脾胃之气;病中湿热、痰热、瘀热等实邪阻滞使道,治以清热除湿、化痰祛瘀通使道,恢复“心神-使道”畅通;后期以三焦之“心肺、脾胃、肾”等部位虚火扰神,心神失养为主,治以滋阴降火养神,并配合镇静安眠药和非药物疗法复心神调控之功,共同“御神”。综合施治,疗效可观。This article summarized the clinical experience of Professor Wang Huiwu in treating tumor-related insomnia.According to Professor Wang,“When the shidao is blocked,the heart and spirit are out of order”is the general pathogenesis.At the beginning of the disease,it is mostly qi of the nutritive and defensive levels,Shaoyang,spleen and stomach that is treated first.In the disease,the pathogenic factors such as dampness-heat,phlegm heat,and blood-stasis heat block the shidao,so the treatment should be clearing heat and drying dampness,reducing phlegm and stasis,in order to restore of smooth flow of“heart and spirit-shidao”.In the later stage of the disease,the three energizer of the“heart,lung,spleen,stomach,kidney”and other parts of the deficiency fire disturb spirit,and the heart and spirit lose nourishing,so the main treatment should be nourishing yin and reducing fire to nourish the spirit,and with sedative sleeping pills and non-drug therapy to restore the control work of heart and spirit,defending“imperial spirit”together.Comprehensive treatment has showed considerable curative effect.
