摘　　要：全真一气汤乃清代医学大家冯兆张首创,用于治疗诸多疑难杂症。查阅相关书籍文献,全真一气汤流传至今,诸多医家将此方归为阴阳双补之剂。现代临床主要治疗虚损性疾病,尤其以肺系疾病和心系疾病居多,在其他领域杂病也有相关报道。实验研究表明,全真一气汤具有调节免疫、抗炎、调节呼吸肌等作用。本文从全真一气汤的历史沿革、临床应用、实验研究等方面进行综述,为该方的现代应用和研究提供一定参考。Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction is a classic prescription created by Feng Zhaozhang,a medical expert in the Qing dynasties,and is used to treat many difficult and miscellaneous diseases.According to related books and literature,it has been handed down to the present day,and many medical practitioners classify this prescription as a double tonic for yin and yang.Modern clinical practice mainly treats deficiency diseases,especially in the respiratory system and the cardiovascular system and a few clinical reports of other systemic diseases.Recent studies shows that Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction can boost the immune system,anti-inflammatory effects,and regulate respiratory muscles.This article reviewed the historical development,clinical application and research of Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction,in order to provide some reference for the application and development of this prescription.
