摘　　要：Kounis综合征是急性冠状动脉综合征与过敏反应同时并存的一组症候群,临床报道文献较少,多为病例个案报道,缺乏对该病的系统认知,临床易误诊漏诊。为了更好地了解本病,本文拟从Kounis综合征发展史、流行病学特点、发病机制、临床分型与特点及临床诊治等方面作一概述。Kounis syndrome is a group of syndromes of acute coronary syndrome coexisting with allergic reaction.There are few clinical reports,most of which are case reports.Systematic knowledge of the disease is deficient,so clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can easily occur.In order to better understand Kounis syndrome,this paper summarizes the disease in terms of the development history,epidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,clinical classification and characteristics,and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
