摘 要:本文以粗铼酸铵产品作为原料,采用均相重结晶法提高铼酸铵纯度,优化铼酸铵晶体形貌,明确铼酸铵重结晶提纯的最佳工艺参数。当铼酸铵溶液初始温度为50℃,溶液pH值为10,降温制度为50-20-10-5℃,重结晶次数为4次时,得到纯度在99.99%以上、晶粒生长完整、形貌均匀的铼酸铵晶体,为后续铼酸铵氢还原法制备高纯铼粉提供优质原料并且降低氢还原过程能耗,从而达到节能减碳的目的。The crude ammonium rhenate were selected as raw materials,a homogeneous recrystallization method was proposed to improve the purity of ammonium rhenate and optimizing the crystal morphology in this paper.The optimum technological parameters for recrystallization and purification of ammonium rhenate were determined.At the initial temperature of 50℃,solution pH value of 10,cooling system of 50-20-10-5℃,and recrystallization times of 4,the obtained ammonium rhenate crystal was grown intact with the purity above 99.99%.As a result,recrystallization process of ammonium rhenate can provide high-quality raw materials for the subsequent preparation of high purity rhenium powder and reduce energy consumption in hydrogen reduction process,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and low carbon.
