Sc对2055铝锂合金微观组织与力学性能的影响

摘  要:采用金相显微镜、电子探针、扫描电镜和透射电子显微镜等手段,研究添加微量Sc对2055铝锂合金微观组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:0.1%Sc的添加可在一定程度上减少2055铝锂合金凝固过程中成分偏析的现象,并可消除合金枝晶,具有明显细化晶粒的作用;但0.1%Sc添加的2055铝锂合金硬度及强度显著低于2055铝锂合金,断裂模式由韧性断裂为主的模式改变为韧性+脆性断裂为主的模式,这主要是Sc添加后合金中形成了粗大第二相W相,消耗了合金中溶质原子Cu,减小了T1相析出体积分数,使合金强度下降。The effect of Sc on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2055 Al-Li alloy was studied by means of metallographic optic microscope(OM),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The re-sults show that the addition of 0.1%Sc can reduce the composition segregation and eliminate the dendrite in the solidification process of 2055 Al-Li al-loy.However,the hardness and strength of 2055 Al-Li alloy added 0.1%Sc were significantly lower than that of 2055 Al-Li alloy,and the fracture mode changed from ductile fracture mode to ductile+brittle fracture mode,the main reason is that the coarse second phase W is formed in the alloy after Sc addition,which consumes the solute atom Cu in the alloy,reduces the precipitation volume fraction of T1 phase and reduces the strength of the alloy.
