沙棘果中维生素C含量的测定与探究

摘　　要：沙棘号称“维C之王”,果实中VC含量居果蔬之首,但相关定性和定量的研究较少,导致其相关深产品研发滞后。本研究利用2,4-二硝基苯肼作为显色剂,分光光度法测定其最大吸收波长下的吸光度,通过四个单因素实验及正交实验等多次测定,得出活性炭1.2g,温度38℃,水浴时间3h,氧化液5mL的最优显色组合及y=0.0114x+0.0764,r2=0.9984为标准溶液的线性回归方程。该方法简便、精确,可推动高附加值沙棘产品研发水平,提升沙棘在绿色生态产业中的主导地位。Hippophae rhamnoides is known as"King of Vitamin C",the VC content of fruits and vegetables ranks first,but related qualitative and quantitative research is less,leading to its related deep product research and development lag.The absorbance of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine at maximum absorption wavelength was determined by spectrophotometry.Through four single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,show that the optimal color development condition is the combination of activated carbon 1.2 g,temperature 38℃,water bath time 3 h and oxidation solution 5 mL and the linear regression equation of ascorbic acid standard solution is y=0.0114x+0.0764,r2=0.9984.The method is simple and accurate,which can promote the R&D level of high value-added seabuckthorn products and promote the leading position of seabuckthorn in green ecological industry.
