摘　　要：自动化仪表有着多种多样的功能,而将其合理应用在石油化工企业当中,能够极大推进生产效率的提升。但是石油化工行业的生产环境复杂且恶劣,因此自动化仪表经常会由于操作因素、环境因素等各种因素而无法正常工作。所以,就需要了解石油化工自动化仪表的常见故障及处理方式,使石油化工企业工作人员能够对一些常见的、简单的问题进行自检自修,从而保障石油化工企业在应用自动化仪表时能够尽可能保持仪表的高效运转,为石油化工企业带来更好的帮助。The automation instrument has a variety of functions,and its reasonable application in petrochemical enterprises can greatly promote the improvement of production efficiency.However,the production environment of the petrochemical industry is complex and harsh,automated instruments often cannot work properly due to various factors such as operating factors and environmental factors.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the common faults and treatment methods of petrochemical automation instruments,so that the staff of petrochemical enterprises can self-check and self-repair some common and simple problems,so as to ensure that petrochemical enterprises can maintain the efficient operation of the instrument as far as possible when applying automatic instruments,and bring better help to petrochemical enterprises.
