摘  要:在海洋上进行石油开采,受到海水以及海洋空气的影响,钻井机械设备很容易被腐蚀。本研究中,基于石油钻井机械设备发展现状,分析导致海洋石油钻井机械设备被腐蚀的主要因素,包括漏层位置不确定、电化学反应导致机械设备锈蚀,操作因素导致的机械设备腐蚀,提出防治技术措施,即不断提高自主研发技术水平,定期检查石油钻井机械设备密封情况,不断优化石油化工设备操作流程,强化腐蚀控制工作。When conducting oil extraction in the ocean,drilling machinery and equipment are easily corroded due to the influence of seawater and ocean air.In this study,based on the current development status of oil drilling machinery and equipment,the main factors that cause corrosion of offshore oil drilling machinery and equipment are analyzed,including uncertainty in the location of leakage layers,corrosion of mechanical equipment caused by electrochemical reactions,and corrosion of mechanical equipment caused by operational factors.Prevention and control measures are pro-posed,that is,the level of independent research and development technology is constantly improving,and the sealing condition of oil drilling machinery and equipment is regularly inspected,continuously optimize the operating process of petrochemical equipment and strengthen corrosion control work.
