摘 要:以苏州某两座污水处理厂改良型交替式工艺为研究对象,针对不同调控策略,采用模型分析了其工艺的运行特征,同时利用高通量测序技术分析了微生物群落组成,旨在为改良型交替式工艺在污水处理中的运行提供参考。基于可操作分类单元(OTU)数据,在门水平,两厂优势菌相同,但丰度不同。Actinobacteria和Chloroflexi在LJ厂的相对丰度高于FX厂,从而导致LJ厂的生物除磷效果优于FX厂。属水平物种组成,相对丰度较高的菌属主要有Caldilineaceae、Saprospiraceae、Trichococcus,其相对丰度分别可达3.62%~5.57%、2.85%~5.03%、0.01%~6.47%。结合代表性差示(RAD)分析结果,采用模型模拟方法分析水力停留时间(HRT)和溶解氧(DO)对两厂运行效果的影响,LJ厂除磷效果优于FX厂的主要原因可能是其较短的水力停留时间(HRT)。The modified alternative process was used as the research object in two sewage treatment plants in Suzhou.According to different control strategies,the process model was used to analyze the operation characteristics of the process.At the same time,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the composition of the microbial community,aiming to provide a reference for the operation of the modified alternating process in sewage treatment.Based on the OTU(Operational Taxonomic Unit)data,the dominant bacteria in the two plants were the same at the phylum level,but the abundance was different.The relative abundances of Actinobacteria and Chloroflexi in the LJ plant were higher than those in the FX plant,which led to a better biological phosphorus removal effect in the LJ plant than in the FX plant.Genus-level species composition,the genera with relatively high relative abundance mainly included Caldilineaceae,Saprospiraceae and Trichococcus,whose relative abundances can reach 3.62%~5.57%,2.85%~5.03%,0.01%~6.47%,respectively.Combined with the RAD(Representational difference analysis)analysis results,the model simulation method was used to analyze the influence of HRT(Hydraulic Retention Time)and DO on the operation effect of the two plants.The main reason that the phosphorus removal effect of the LJ plant was better than that of the FX plant may be its shorter HRT.
