摘 要:以云南省某市为调研地区,在该市包装印刷业含挥发性有机物(VOCs)原辅材料使用现状调研基础上,采用排放因子法,计算调研地区包装印刷业VOCs排放量。通过对调研地区排放量>20 t的包装印刷企业进行分析,对典型包装印刷企业VOCs排放减排情况进行探讨。结果表明:2021年调查区域包装印刷企业VOCs排放量约为4060.01 t;参照典型企业改造方案,调查区域排放量>20 t的包装印刷企业可削减949.98 t VOCs排放。大型企业应该优化过程控制及末端处理技术,小型企业应该优化涉VOCs原辅材料使用类型及品质,是控制调查区域包装印刷业VOCs减排的最佳选择。Based on the current consumptions of VOCs raw and auxiliary materials used in investigated enterprises.The emission factor method was used to estimate the VOCs emissions of packaging and printing industry in a city of Yunnan.Packaging and printing enterprises with VOCs emissions more than 20 t was selected and analyzed in the city;a typical enterprise was chosen to analyze the emissions reduction of waste VOCs.The results showed that the VOCs amount emitted from packaging and printing industry in the city was 4060.01t in 2021.According to the typical enterprise transformation program,packaging and printing enterprises with emissions greater than 20 t in the survey area could reduce 949.98 t VOC emissions.Large enterprises should optimize the process control and end-of-pipe treatment technology,small enterprises should optimize the type and quality of raw and auxiliary materials used involving VOCs,would be the best choice to control the investigation of regional packaging and printing industry VOCs emission reduction.
