云南植烟土壤和烟叶中多环芳烃含量及评价

摘  要:研究调查了云南省曲靖市和玉溪市部分地区植烟土壤及烟叶中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量,并对二者间相关性和污染程度等进行了分析。结果表明:除苊之外,15种PAHs均在土壤样品中检出,各单体检出率在6.90%~81.03%,PAHs总量在24.30~840.30μg/kg,平均值为115.97±203.60μg/kg,以4环及4环以上PAHs为主;单项污染指数评价结果表明,研究区域植烟土壤15种PAHs的BaPeq均不超标,但2个点的总BaPeq超标,属轻微污染。除二氢苊之外,15种PAHs在烟叶样品中普遍检出,各单体检出率在13.33%~100.00%,PAHs总量在81.90~1552.70μg/kg,平均值为480.44±418.78μg/kg,以3环及3环以下PAHs为主。Spearman检验法结果表明,烟叶中PAHs含量与土壤PAHs含量无相关性。The content of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)of tobacco-planting soil and flue-cured tobacco were investigated in Qujing and Yuxi city of Yunnan province,the polluted condition and correlations were also investigated and analyzed.The results showed that 15 PAHs were determined in soil,The detection rate of each monomer between 6.90%~81.03%(acenaphthene was not detected).The total content of PAHs was between 24.30~840.30μg/kg,with an average of 115.97±203.60μg/kg.PAHs species with four or more rings comprised the most PAHs.The single pollution index evaluation showed the BaPeq of 15 PAHs don’t exceed standard in tobacco-planting soil.However,the total BaPeq was beyond standard in 2 sites.Fifteen PAHs were determined in tobacco,the detection rate of each monomer between13.33%~100.00%(acenaphthene was not detected).The total content of PAHs between 81.90~1552.70μg/kg,with an average of 480.44±418.78μg/kg.PAHs species with four or more rings comprised the most PAHs,toxic equivalent concentration(TEQ Bap)of carcinogenic PAHs accounted for 86.85%.The result of Spearman order correlation test methods showed that the content of PAHs in tobacco were unrelated to soil.
